for some reason the poster and backdrop are not loading in just the details page just in a web browser (works in apps).
the posters are fine in the main listing pages.
when i edit the images i can see a primary and backdrop set.

the only errors i see in the logs are when i do a scan and i see

at Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager.ConvertImageToLocal(BaseItem item, ItemImageInfo image, Int32 imageIndex, Boolean removeOnFailure)
      at Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager.UpdateImagesAsync(BaseItem item, Boolean forceUpdate)
    [05:53:42] [WRN] [91] Emby.Server.Implementations.Library.LibraryManager: Cannot fetch image from https://m.media-amazon.com/images/M/MV5B..._UY632.jpg
System.InvalidOperationException: Unable to convert any images to local

but that doesnt explain why the images show elsewhere so i dont think it is related.

Do you have any themes or CSS scripts running? If so, that's likely the issue. If not you can try disabling any browser extensions and clearing the cache.
