You'll only see that option if theTVDB plugin is installed. Otherwise, it's another issue.

Go to the tvdb plugin setting page in the dashboard and enable "Remove All Missing Episodes On Refresh".

You mean you checked the box. Correct? Also, the options mention "Remove all missing episodes on Refresh." Did you refresh your metadata after selecting that option?

i have tried all of the suggestions but it is still the same, any other suggestions?

I had to remove the entire folder and re add it to fix the issue.
