Jellyfin and HDMI

Hello all,

I have some questions about Jellyfin running on Asustor AS5202T
Adm : 4.2.2 Bios : 1.25.

I d'like to have my media center (easy request you will say)
The nas has a HDMI port. When HDMI is plugged on me Samsung (smart) 4k TV that i bought 2years ago. (recent then) The asustor shows me the "Asusportal" on the tv. BUT i can't get jellyfin by this way.
Looks like asusportal doesn't handle jellyfin on his network.
On the another hand it seems that its not possible to jellyfin to use the HDMI port on the NAS.

I would like to use a direct link (HDMI) instead of ... heavy coding and configuration on 1/ the samsung tv 2/the asustor nas.  Doest anyone had this questions / problems before ?

It doesn't appear that Kodi (unavialable on asus) or plex can handle or run trought HDMI either.

Before I built my server I had looked into your exact question. As far as I can tell the Asusportal is all the HDMI connection will show. I couldn't find anything about "jail breaking" and asustor. So I opted to build my own.
