So I just added Seasons 1-5 of The Clone wars to the server. All other episodes show correctly. Except for the first 10 episodes in Season 1 which despite having the correct season ID for TVDB, is pulling the season ID for "Clone Wars" (the 2d animation one, instead of the 3d one which is "The Clone Wars"). Is there any way to correct this with out manually changing each episode?

(3d) Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Season 1 ID = 35739 Aired;  1699934 DVD
    (2d) Star Wars Clone Wars - Season 1 ID = 3775 Aired ;  1720040 DVD

Do you have the TVDB plugin installed? Also, you should be using the series ID, 83268.

I do have the plugin, yes.

And I am using that ID for the series.

Can you provide examples of your folder and file names? Full paths preferably.

    Path = S:\Shows\Star Wars The Clone Wars\Season 1\

    File names=

    Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E01 - Ambush - 1080p.mkv
    Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E01 - Ambush - 1080p.nfo
    Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E02 - Rising Malevolence (1) - 1080p.mkv
    Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E02 - Rising Malevolence (1) - 1080p.nfo
    Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E03 - Shadow of Malevolence (2) - 1080p.mkv
    Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E03 - Shadow of Malevolence (2) - 1080p.nfo

So full path would be like..

    S:\Shows\Star Wars The Clone Wars\Season 1\Star Wars The Clone Wars - S01E01 - Ambush - 1080p.mkv

Jellyfin doesnt appear to be reading the info from the nfo files because the information within them is correct. But its not reflected in Jellyfin.

Try this. Remove the show folder from your library and scan to remove it. Change the folder name to "Star Wars The Clone Wars [tvdbid-83268]". Then move it back into the library and re-scan.

Scan to remove it? Not sure what you mean by that.

Simply moving the folder from the library's folder wont won't trigger jellyfin to remove the metadata. We need Jellyfin to clear out the current metadata so that it can re-download it. Sometimes Jellyfin won't update existing metadata when you make big changes to what was initially pulled down.

Oh.. I went into the Libraries and removed the entire Shows Library. Is that what you mean?

No. Just the Star Wars folder. Move it out of your shows folder. Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V.

But what you did while achieve the same result......
