Streaming services through Jellyfin

Is it possible to use this app to auto-download soaps from the streaming sites (i.e itvx and bbc iplayer)?

We pay for both the services but the internet here can be a little sketchy when were watching our soaps.

Jellyfin enables two things: serving your own media and allowing you to pass through your IPTV subscriptions (well, full DVR capabilities but that's not the question here). I'm not entirely familiar with either, but if they're a "traditional" streaming service rather than an IPTV service, they cannot be integrated into Jellyfin.
