server up but cannot connect other devices

im new to jellyfin, I installed the Jellyfin software and i finished the configuration. I tried navigating to http://ip:8097(i changed the port to 8097 because wasnt even showing it on my tv jellyfin app or my phone)  when i try to connect to the server keeps saying unable to reach server and tries with http and https, i already set permissions on the firewall, no AV only MS AV, my resource monitor shows as allowed, not restricted for the 8097 port with ipv4 unspecified and still cant use it on any other device beside the server pc, any suggestions would be appreciated! thanks.

You verified you are using the correct LAN IP? 192.168.1.X usually? I'm assuming http://localhost:8097 works when used on the same host running Jellyfin.

Also, what server version are you running?
