Jellyfin and Alexa

Hi, I have Jellyfin installed on raspberry pi 4 and has been working fine serving music on my Alexa devices up till about 8 weeks ago but now when I make a request through Alexa I get “Playing music through provider Jellyfin is not supported” message. I don’t think there is a Jellyfin plugin as such for Alexa but it did work fine before and I’m not sure what has changed.  I am able to log onto the Jellyfin app ok and access the account but I can’t see anything that may be causing the problem. Has anyone had this experience or can help?

Check to make sure that the Alexa side of things didn't change. Amazon could have pushed an update that broke something or just straight up removed functionality.

Out of curiosity, how were you serving music from Jellyfin to your echos? I wasn't aware that was a thing. Before it broke.

I originally set it all up about a year ago so I honestly can’t remember how I did it at the time unfortunately. It was working flawlessly though even outside of my LAN with the Jellyfin ports forwarded on router. Now none of it works and getting the Not supported message. A Google search doesn’t bring up much info either 🤷🏼‍♂️
