I've tested on mobile + web + tv clients. Subtitles for a movie are off by 10+ seconds.This is an external SRT file which I've opened up and see the first subtitle should appear at ~ 46 seconds, however on the client the first subtitle doesn't appear until ~ 57 seconds. I've tried having
Allow subtitle extraction on the fly both enabled and disabled, but both options give the same results. I'm not seeing any errors or warnings in the logs.
