    Platform: Windows
Jellyfin version: 10.10.7 (I am unable to update to 10.11.{0--3} due to it crashing in my environment)

Problem description: I have .m3u files exported from MediaMonkey and Jellyfin can see that they exist, but when I try to open them they are blank.

    What I've tried:
    • Plaintext files with one song per line
    • Replacing relative paths with absolute paths
    • Checking case-sensitivity
    • Checking filesystem permission
    • Renaming to .strm
    • Renaming to .m3u8
    • Copying files into the "serverdata\playlist" folder (and subfolders)
    • Searching Jellyfin
      • Documentation (filesystem layout, administration, etc.)

      • Forum post [Solved] m3u playlists were blank

    • Searching the Web
      • Reddit Playlist of videos or tv-series mixed content - import from M3U or similar file located in media library dirs
    • ...and more
    • Checking the console log

The only significant thing I see in the console log is messages like:
    Code:
[WRN] [95] MediaBrowser.Controller.Entities.BaseItem: Unable to find linked item at path
which sounds a lot like issue #1907 but that deals with media files that have been moved, and these shouldn't have been added since I created the Collection (within the last few weeks) so that shouldn't be it.

I have spent at least a week working trying to get this working so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it!

    Thanks,
    -Neil
