Tags Manual Entry

This question is only for the process of manually entering tags.
Is there a faster method? (again manually, not using API)

Normal process is to enter tag, then hit enter.
Repeat for each tag to add manually.

I tried to enter multiple but it reads it as a single string.
ex. Tag1,Tag2,Tag3.

Is there any special/escape/delimiter character I can use?
Niche desire I am aware.
(editing the nfo file manually is not any faster either.)
