Galaxy quest is an all time favorite.  I've watched it dozens of times.  In all those rewatches there was something that didn't fully come to my attention until a few weeks ago.  I'd noticed bits and pieces here and there but Tony Shaloub's character Fred Quan/Tech Sargent Chen drug a brown paper bag full of snacks with him from the opening credits on.  He is even seen snacking from it on occasion, INCLUDING one scene where they are running through a hallway.
