There is no cover image in my media

How can I solve the problem of not being able to automatically obtain the cover image of movies under my media classification and displaying updates on the classification

I'm not entirely sure what you are referencing here. Can you show us with a screenshot or something?

Jellyfin will automatically put images there once it adds them to the movies individually. What library type are you using and how is your media organized?

What I mean is that the categories under my media do not display cover images, nor do they automatically generate cover images. I used version 10.8.9 before, and each movie under the categories has a cover image,

This is the category cover image for version 10.8.9, and each category will automatically generate a cover image

Can you provide examples of how your folders are structured in this library?

As shown in the screenshot, load the movie directory, where each movie is a separate folder

I installed the server-side in the form of a suite on QNAP NAS. Is this related and which permissions are not open, so I cannot automatically generate the cover image. This issue does not exist in the same version on Windows

Is Jellyfin running on the QNAP or Windows? The screenshot has Windows drive letters so I am assuming Jellyfin is running on Windows with QNAP acting only as storage.

Can you post your jellyfin logs to https://sourceb.in/ ? So we can figure out what is going on

Double check permissions. As long as your movies can be read and identified it should automatically create a poster for the library.

My jellyfin runs on QNAP and directly loads the movie directory on NAS.
