When adding an item to a collection, the list of existing collections is empty. The only available entry is New.. (despite other collections existing (I can view them, delete items from them, etc)).

I tried entering the name of an existing collection when selecting New..., but that just overwrites the existing collection.

I did have the TMDb Box Sets extension installed. But when I disable it, I get the same result.

I haven't seen anything relevant in the logs or the browser console. I'm not sure which HTTP request is responsible for fetching collections, so I don't know if the server returns an empty list, or if the client (I'm using a regular web browser) just doesn't display it right.

    Jellyfin: 10.10.3 (linux docker)
Browser: I tried it with firefox and chrome

Which docker image are you using? The official jellyfin/jellyfin image or linuxserver/jellyfin?

linuxserver/jellyfin:latest. Is there a difference between jellyfin in them?

There SHOULDN'T be a difference. But I've seen users experience weird issues that don't exist with the official image. Some that I've been able to reproduce in testing.

Give the official image a try in a test container and report back if the problem still exists there.

It works with a fresh install of the official image. So the problem is either because of some specific configuration (or plugin), or it's a general problem in the unofficial image. I'll use the official image and report back if the problem should appear there as well.

I have the same problem (Add to collection -> does not list existing collections) with SynoCommunity install on Synology NAS. v10.10.7-25.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Can you reproduce the problem then share your jellyfin logs via privatebin.net? I'm not able to reproduce with a non-admin test user that I tried various user permission scenarios with.
