TMDb Box Sets plugin believes that my collections are there, but none of them show up

So, before I start, recently, I upgraded my server with a new HDD for my media and moved almost everything there. Before that, my collections were fine. Since then, only a few of them show up, and that’s where the "fun" begins.

I set the plugin to require a minimum of three movies for a box set. Now, only a few of my collections appear, and all of them contain only two movies.

According to the log, for example, my Star Wars movies are "already in their proper box set, 'Star Wars Collection'." But they are not.

I tried reinstalling the plugin, refreshing all metadata, refreshing my libraries, and manually deleting the collections from the folders (the same six always reappear almost immediately). How can I completely wipe any leftovers from the plugin so that it behaves as if I just installed it for the first time? Or what should I do to make it recognize the missing collections instead of thinking they are already there?

I'm out of ideas at this point, so if you have any, let me know!

There’s an issue with Collections when you have multiple versions of a movie in a collection. If you rename or move the files, you may not be able to add them back in. There’s a workaround involving editing your database, but if you're not comfortable doing that, you might want to consider starting fresh with a clean installation.

Did you also check the box in the movies library settings to automatically add movies to collections? That would occur separately from the TMDB Boxset.
