"To do" or "To Watch" list on home screen

It'd be nice to have something like a "to do" list (or in this case a "to watch" list.)

If you have 1000's of movies in many sub-categories, collected over the years - I'd like to be able to flag (or tag) movies or shows as "to watch later."

Let it appear on the home page of whatever device (roku, android) or per user.

This way I won't forget which shows or movies I want to watch next.

Is that possible? Like a queue?

Perhaps - since there is already a "favorites" list functionality - the ability to add additional favorites (like per family member) or to name another category such as "to watch later?"
