When some videos transcode to burn in subtitles for playback on Roku, the playback sometimes fails to start, with the message "There was an error retrieving the data for this item from the server." The Jellyfin log indicates no clear reason for this.

Jellyfin log of two attempts to play, one successful (first one, the Monogatari episode) and one that failed (second one, the Apothecary Diaries episode): https://pastebin.com/G68gL9Wb

Corresponding ffmpeg log for the successful attempt: https://pastebin.com/qT6sG1Xf

    And the unsuccessful attempt: https://pastebin.com/yzv9xuSg

Server is 10.9.9 running on Lubuntu, bare metal, no HWA

How much disk space do you have? On the drive that /var/lib/jellyfin/transcodes is located on.
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage
4x WD Red Pro 6TB CMR in RAIDZ1

It's on my OS drive, which has about 400 GB free.

But it's also randomly started working again, so I don't even know what to think now.
