Tray app open a different adress than localhost

Hello, i have been having an issue while trying to open jellyfin from the tray app in windows, whenever i select open jellyfin it opens my web browser with the addres of my username like: https://sergio:8096 instead of https://localhost:8096 and its gives a blank page every time and i have to manually enter the right adress, this started i think after my isp change our modem last month.

i only use it to stream inside our local network, so i dont know what could have happened.
