Hi. I recently turned on trickplay image generation for some of my libraries. I can see the images being generated and saved in the media folders but only for some titles (or some seasons of one show but not others). I tried rescanning metadata and selecting the option to replace existing images, then ran the trickplay generation task but that did not work. Any thoughts?
A separate but related question: I found logs and I assumed I would be able to open them in a text editor but that is not the case (they look like binary data). How do I read the logs?
More details: I am running version 10.10.7 installed via DietPi (a Debian based distribution) on an Intel NUC5i3. My media is on a NAS and accessible as NFS share. I had previously mounted the share as read-only and the trickplay images were saved on the Jellyfin server as opposed to the NAS, so I deleted the library and created a new one after mounting the share with write privileges. Now, the trickplay images are saved on the NAS but it looks like a lot of files were left behind on the Jellyfin server's metadata folder; I wonder if that is a complicating factor.
Thanks!
