Trickplay image generation super slow

Hey all, just checking that this is normal, my library is quite big, about 25TB. Trickplay generation has been running for 2 and a half days and is on 4.7%. it isnt frozen, that is just the speed it is doing it at. 

Is this normal speed for this given my library size ? Going to take a month at this rate 😂

Yes, trickplay can take some days to finish.

If you want to extrapolate by comparing your CPU to mine, my server has an AMD R7 5750G. It would finish creating the trickplay files for a single 24min episode in around 2.5 to 3 minutes using just the CPU.

If you want it to go faster, try enabling HWA for it in the trickplay settings.

Thanks, good to know it's normal. Where will I find the trickplay HWA settings? I can't seen to find anything like that.
