Hello all, throwing in the towel a bit and coming to ask for help. I've spent about three hours troubleshooting and am hitting a brick wall. I am quite new to networking and servers, so it may be something simple I don't see.

I have a relatively new Unraid server running on my local network. No issues installing Jellyfin, setting it up in docker, and configuring everything. I was able to watch media on my local network for a couple of weeks and all of a sudden I no longer can. I've tried a lot of the troubleshooting steps I've seen on this and other forums but I am coming up empty.

When trying to access the Webui from Docker, the error "This site can't be reached" now appears. When trying to access from the Jellyin Android app, I get the error "tried 2 candidates for input, without success. Unable to reach server."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What have you tried so far? And how did you do it?

    -Rebooted server
    -restarted container
    -re-installed container
-disabled windows defender firewall for testing
-tried adding new rules to the firewall.
-Edited config\network.xml file, trying out a few different ports, switching ingorvirtualinterfaces back and forth between true and false
-Deleted the -shm and -wal files in the data\data folder

I can see the container running on my server and up to date. Just can't access it.

This might be a dumb question, but did you set your server pc to have a static IP?

Definitely not a dumb question, I'm pretty new at this so anything is possible.

In this case, the server PC has a static ip which I reserved in my router settings as well. I can still access my shares and such, just not jellyfin Slightly-frowning-face
