    Team,

I have setup Jellyfin in Truenas Scale docker via IX-app.
I have implemented official m3u files with IPTV steamlinks [M3U Tuner - select URL(local)]
I have ticked fMP4 transcoding, Streamsharing, Livestreams, DTS ignore.
I can see the channels (logos) in the menue.
When I start to play some channels, the channels start to load…and load…and load…the TV Logo will displayed on the screen and sometimes the Player give me a fatal error message.
It is possible to watch all chanels via VLC so no internal blocking is activated.
I could validate that mostly german public streams (ARD, ZDF, local area streams,…) will not start to play or the play give me the fatal error…
    Question:
Where can I find the errorlogs to investigate the issue?
Why it is not possible to start to play some IPTV channels(reload...relaod...reload..and the stream will not start?)

    HW:
    i5(11th), 64GB RAM, 630 Intel video

    Thanks
    Neuro

You can look in the Dashboard to find your logs. Can you share the jellyfin log (log_20250220.log) and one of the ffmpeg logs via privatebin.net?

Thank you for your quick response.

Where can I find the ffmpeg log?

The ffmpeg logs are in the same directory as the jellyfin log.

Can you try checking the auto loop box in the m3u tuner?

I have uncheck first and third box and it's running on the PC with undertitle.
Now I must check how to deaktivate the undertitle.

Last I have to validate the IPTV on the LGTV via WLan.

Looks like you have the box checked already. Live-streams automatisch verknupfen.

If has been checked this entire time, try unchecking it.

It looks like it works fine and smooth - thank you very much for your support!

    Last question:
How/where can I disable the undertitle.
