Creating a full backup of my JellyFin programdata folder to update to 10.9.0 and I continue to get an error while attempting to copy the library.db file. Assuming this is the main file to log the entire database it both needs to be copied but also hopefully isn't corrupt in some manner. All on a Windows 10 PC.

I did not. Does JF running prevent this file from being duplicated?

Why yes. Yes it does. Thanks for the tip! (but just the tip)

If Jellyfin has been idle for a bit, it is probably fine to make a backup of a running DB. If the DB is in use or the journal hasn't been flushed back to the DB, bad things can happen when you try to start from the backup.
