Ubuntu 25.04 Support?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up Jellyfin for the first time on a mini PC with Intel's N150 CPU. The problem I'm having is that the 'intel-media-va-driver-non-free' only appears to support this CPU in version 25.X on Ubuntu 25.04 and Jellyfin only supports up to Ubuntu 24.04. I've looked at the "very manual" installation instructions for Jellyfin but I have very little experience with Linux and don't really know what I'm doing or if it will even work on 25.04.

Does anybody know if/when Jellyfin is likely to support 25.04 please? and does anyone have any advice that might help me in the mean time please?

Jellyfin only provides packages for LTS versions of Ubuntu, so there won’t be a specific release for 25.04

If manual install is too much you can try a docker install

Ok, thank you. Do you know of a more detailed guide for a manual install please? Or how I might be able to get the latest intel-media-va-driver installed on 24.04?
