You would change this in /etc/fstab
sudo nano /etc/fstab
find /dev/sda1
Replace
with
Stop jellyfin
unmount the volume or reboot. here is how to remount without rebooting.
sudo nano /etc/fstab
find /dev/sda1
Replace

Stop jellyfin

sudo systemctl stop jellyfin
