UK Age Ratings gone

When ever I upload new media, and it scans for new metadata the GB-xx ratings are no longer populating, or even an option.  I just get a mix of generic ratings like U to R18, I've set the folder metadata to UK and language English to no avail and restarted the server, any pointers on what I'm missing?  I did update the server to the latest version prior (Windows).

There is are various open issues for ratings. For GB and for other rating systems.
