Unable to connect any device to server

Hello,

New to Jellyfin coming from Plex. 

Have been scouring the forums trying to figure out why my TV running off of Firestick or my Iphone cant connect to the server.
My PC running Windows 11 is the server and is connected to the local network via WiFI same as the TV/iPhone.

Network on the PC is set to private, and Jellyfin has been allowed thru both private/public firewall. 

I am able to login to the Web Client on the PC and browse as well as watch any content. 

Any other thing I should check for?

I believe it is off.. i searched thru all the settings this was all i was able to find (attached).
