Slow thumbnail gen each time and crashes rpi sometimes

So I have JF running on a Rpi 4b+, use it on my phone, laptop and tv.
Otherwise runs nicely but it seems to generate the thumbnails every time and can take awhile sometimes (a minute maybe) and others (maybe every 3 days) it will outright crash my RPi while the thumbnails are blurry (generating) and require a hard reboot.
Here's the log from when it happened yesterday although there's no hints I can see.

Can you share the full log via pastebin? And how is Jellyfin installed?
