    Hi,
On my Roku, I hit the up button to display the soft controls, time, and program time left. I used to press the button to see what time it was or how much time is left on the video, the info overlays the screen for about 5 seconds, then disappears.

Now when you press the up arrow, the overlay stays on the screen until you press the back key.

Is there a way to get back the previous way that the overlay disappears automatically?

    Thanks!

This bug fix is already merged into the code for next release: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-roku/pull/364

    Thank you.

A while back, Continue Watching offered Resume, Start Over, Go to Season, Go to Series.
    I liked that. Smiling-face

    regardless,
The current Continue Watching resembles several commercial streaming services. The current method asks if you want to Play/Resume, and then Resume or Start Over. Most streaming services assume you want to continue and don't require the extra button press. When the program restarts it would have a banner to press in case you did want to start over (otherwise not require that extra press).

That is what I got used to. I hate to say this, but the method first mentioned that was already on Jellyfin was better.

    Thank you!

    I liked that.

It still does all of that, and much more.

Hover the cursor over the item and press Play to continuing watching from the resume point.

Hover the cursor over the item and press OK to go to the details screen.

Hover the cursor over the item and press * to bring up the option menu.
