    Good evening
I recently copied an old vhs and I added 3 chapters: start, feature presentation and bonus song. When loaded in VLC, the chapters appear properly, and I added them using MKVToolNix
Upon starting the video in Jellyfin, some other chapters are used, and don't align at all. There is a second MKV file of a higher quality video in there, from a DVD, and the chapters align with it.
Maybe the chapters only pull from the highest quality? Is there a way to fix this so it's per file?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you

    1. Does the single MKV container have a single chapter file? Or multiple chapter files?

    2. Do you have merged movies in Jellyfin that each have chapters?
