    FFmpeg exited with code 69

    Use of subtitles is causing the media to fail to play because of FFmpeg failure.

    I am experiencing issues when trying to play some files only when subtitles are enabled, most of my media files do not have any issues but some do.

    If I disable all subtitles the media plays fine, having one of the subtitle tracks enabled causes the the logs to show "FFmpeg exited with code 69".

    Jellyfin on docker version 10.11.1
    Hardware acceleration with Intel Arc A380
    I have tried both QSV and AV_API

    I have been experimenting with different transcoding settings but this is what I have now.

    Transcoding Settings:
    Hardware acceleration: VAAPI
    VA-API Device: /dev/dri/renderD129
    Enable Hardware Decoding for: {h264, mpeg2, vp9, av1, vp9 10bit}
    Hardware encoding options: {}
    Encoding format options: {}
    Allow subtitle extraction on the fly: false

    I have attached the full log.

    And attached the "Media Info" for the file which was played.

    Let me know if any more info is needed.
