Hi all.
I am a newbie to jellyfin.
I have installed jellyfin server on LXC on proxmox.
The media storage is on proxmox and mounted in LXC (/mnt/media)
I have already created a music library and it works fine.(point at /mnt/media/music)
Now I will not create a video library (home videos and photos point at /mnt/media/video ) but jellyfin does not "see" any video or photo files!
- The path and files have the same owner:group and permit of music files
- I also tried with Movie and TV Show libraries with the same results
- I also tried to copy a audio files (mp3 and flac) in Home Video libraries and jellyfin correctly scan this files
- I tried to copy a txt files in Home Video library and, after, change the extention: if the ext is mp3 or flac, jellyfin add files to library, if ext is mp4 or mkv, the files are not added.
I've been trying for days and I don't know how to get out of it
I tried searching the forum but I didn't find any indications, at least for my case, that led to a solution.
Can you help me?
Regards,
Marco
