ok, news is - all is well now.
i still have no idea what was the problem.
Out of desperation i rebooted whole NAS, and after that everything is back to normal.
scraping works fine, movidb api is visible again, files are scanned as expected...
whole issues was really strange.
My NAS is run by Witches!
