What is "quick connection

Hi@all,

In the settings there is an option "Enable quick connection on this server". I did not find anything in the documentation on the homepage. Maybe it's just too early in the morning and I'm blind.

What does this option?

If your client supports Quick Connect, you can use it to sign into your Jellyfin server account without the need of a password. Here's the documentation about it: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/quick-connect/

It only works on LAN, btw.

Quick Connect is not LAN specific, that would be the pin login
