Adding Text on an image

Is there any way for me to add 'Playlists' to the image I uploaded here, or does anyone know the font name used so I can make it myself with an external tool and re-upload?

I would have said it's Arial Black but it seems the Cs don't fit. Since "Playlists" doesn't contain any C you may get away with it.

From the css it should be -> Noto Sans,Noto Sans HK,Noto Sans JP,Noto Sans KR,Noto Sans SC,Noto Sans TC,sans-serif
in bold
