I'm pretty new to Jellyfin and am primarily using the LG WebOS app to watch UK DVB recordings from MythTv/HDHomerun.
It's mostly working great!
The part that I'm struggling with is watching a show whilst it is still recording (chase-play or time-shifting).
The first part of the show plays without problem.
However, it stops when it gets to what it thinks is the end of the recording - even though more data has been written to the file in the meantime.
Refreshing the file's metadata updates the duration and allows more of the show to be played.
What I would like to happen is for all of the show to be played.
i.e. the player reaches the end of what it thinks has been recorded and then simply continues to play all of the other data that has been written in the meantime.
Ideally skipping backwards and forwards should also be possible.
Do you know if this is possible? or have a suggestion of what I could do to make it work?
