    My apologies for the late reply, I hadn't seen there was a Page 2 and was under the impression I went unanswered when it was the other way around, my mistake.

    My NIC is set to private is it is a home network and that's always been the case, if that makes any difference.

    Thank you again for working with me on this.

    What plugins do you have installed in your browser? I'm running out of ideas since JMP and your other devices can connect.

    Sorry for such a late reply again, I honestly don't understand the question. I'm familiar with plugins being saved to Jellyfin folders locally, but are they also installed to each web browser, or am I misunderstanding something?

    I meant browser extensions. Like ad blockers or script blockers.

    I had uBlock Origin, but removed it to see if it was the issue as well as tried other browsers, but no luck.

    *Another discovery*
    A long time in the past, I connected to a friends server remotely using JMP.
    Each time I open JMP, it always defaults to that one first, then giving me the option to switch servers and choose mine.
    I looked at conf file;
    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\JellyfinMediaPlayer\jellyfinmediaplayer.conf
    and noticed the "userWebClient": is set to the friend's server address.
    I changed it to mine, but when JMP opens, it then has the same issue that web browser does; shows Jellyfin logo/splash then blank dark screen.
    Changed it back to the friend's and I'm back to the workaround we started with.

    Hoping some of this can be helpful. Thanks again.

    It sounds like Jellyfin-web is corrupt or not present. Backup your jellyfin data and reinstall.
