Hardware transcoding

Hey, I want to enable Hardware transcoding but it doesnt work. Everytime I want to watch a video with for example intel quick sync there is a fatal error and the the video dossnt start. I tried to get it to work but i cant figure it out.
I hope someone can help.
I use the Ugreen DXp4800.

Have you followed the setup steps?
What error are you getting in the transcoding log?
