    is jellyfin storing users to /var/lib/jellyfin/data/jellyfin.db
    /var/lib/jellyfin/data/jellyfin.db-shm
    /var/lib/jellyfin/data/jellyfin.db-wa

    or some where else
    can ı hard code user setings password etc somewhere

    /var/lib/jellyfin/data/jellyfin.db is where the user accounts are stored. The -shm and -wa files are the working/temp files for the database.

    Negatory. Not without changing the server code.

    If you want user authentication to be separate, there are LDAP plugins you can use.
