Subtitle Offset

The subtitle offset is showing for me but no other users. I have also logged into their account in my browser watching the same movie and it does not show for me so its not a client issue.

Is there anything i can do to enable it for other users? Is this like a permissions issue or something?

Offset can only works with text-based subtitle formats like SRT or VTT. Are you having issues with these formats?

So the weird thing this, i load up a movie on my account and the subtitle offset works perfectly. If i then sign into their account load the same movie and same subtitles, there is no option for subtitle offset

When you log into their account, is it from the same device? On my test instance, I logged into a non-admin test user and the offset option is still available to that test user. I tried toggling a bunch of user permissions and couldn't get it to NOT show the offset option.

Is the video transcoding for them and burning in the subtitles? That is the only thing I can think of that would cause the offset option to not appear.
