Playlist management

Hello all

After my debacle caused by my stupidity, I am moving truenas scale from proxmox to a bare metal server.

I will again be installing Jellyfin as an app within turenas.

I would like to reassure myself on the following 2 issue:

1) how do i stop creating music playlists where each playlist has a user ID instead of 00000000000. This would make easier moving playlists from one server to another.

I have my config and cash located on my nas under a Jellyfin dataset.

I see that under the config> data>playlists Jellyfin stores them here. 

2) can i change the location of the playlists (for example to the music dataset)?
