    OS = Ubuntu Server 22.04
    Jellyfin version = 10.8.13.0

    My server works correctly with the songs, from the server, Windows and Android app.
    I have tried uploading videos, but I have no positive results. Any ideas? Or should something be done other than just uploading the files to the specific directory?

    your question doesn't contain any information that can be used to help you
    jellyfin users do not "upload" files anywhere, the files are served from the hard drive attached to the server (or similarly mounted) https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/admini...on/storage
    you would add a library with that path to jellyfin https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/libraries

    ok there was an error in the translation. (I don't write English) I meant that the videos cannot be played.

    if you click a video on a client and it does not play then you will need to provide your logs, redact any personal information and upload to a public paste site, provide any logs that start with ffmpeg* as well

    provide details on client device, os, client and client versions as those are not typically included in server logs

    good. I have solved it by separating the folders for music and video. Little rookie mistake
