It stopped outputting ffmpeg logs a couple minutes ago, not sure why. But I'll post what I have. (I had to trim the jellyfin log since it was 500kb)

Uncheck the low power encoding settings.  Check HEVC and HEVC 10 bit.

Looks like it was transcoding fine last night.  But there are Direct Play errors earlier today?

The transcodes from last night which you saw were playing through edge, which as I stated is strangely the only client that works. After trying what you suggested (low power and turning on HEVC), it's still doing the same thing, and still not outputting FFMPEG logs. Unless I'm thinking about this the wrong way, it looks like I'm gonna have to buy an A380.

That is probably for the best. It will 100% be a better experience. There is a reason that the jellyfin devs suggest 8th gen Intel and newer due to the better codec support in QSV.

Hey, I'm back again. I got a P600, and made sure all the drivers are installed etc etc. This did fix some things. For example: now I can watch my HECV content in chrome (where before I could only watch in edge). However, the windows client is still freezing. The new FFMPEG logs don't seem to be erroring out this time though, so I'm a little confused. I will send the new log here.

Yep. Transcoding looks just fine. The Windows client has a log in C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\JellyfinMediaPlayer\logs. Maybe there is something in there that will help us figure this out.

Looked through the log myself, from what I saw, the only thing I can think of that might be messing things up is audio, but that doesn't make sense. I attached the log

The audio doesn't look obviously bad, but mine looks nothing like that for the audio startup section (mine attached).  I don't see "audio ready" or "starting audio playback" in your JMP log.

Maybe it is something about your sound card?  The driver?  Something audio related?
