Will jellyfin 10.9.3 server work on Windows 8.1

The installer for 10.8.12 is available here, but I think the .13 point release was only ever available as an upgrade.

It'll work fine with the current (latest) version of the app, but you'll get the "you'll need to upgrade" warning each time you launch the app.
