CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor. 32GB for ram.

i ran into the same stuttering today, and another video that outright wouldn't play on the NVIDIA shield, but does play on the PC. The only thing I can think of is maybe it's an android app problem or Dolby not processing through the shield?
I don't see how to get a log from a few minutes ago, so I'll check again tomorrow to see if I can get the information from tonight.

Do you happen to know why i get an error processing request every time I try to open the log?

No idea. I forget which OS your server was running and the privatebin you previously shared has expired.

    /var/log/jellyfin for direct Linux installs
    C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\log for Windows
/config/log for Docker installs (add the host path where you mounted /config to the beginning)

Find the log file at the appropriate path and open it directly.
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 (Docker)
    Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS w/HWE
    Intel i3 12100
    Intel Arc A380
    OS drive - SK Hynix P41 1TB
    Storage

    I'm on windows.

And I guess I'm full struggling now. I don't have those options. I have up until server, but not a log for windows section.

So there is nothing in the "Server" folder? And "log" is the name of the folder. Not "log for Windows".

In the Jellyfin dashboard home page, there is a panel called "Paths". In that panel it will say where your logs are located on the system. Are they in C:\Programdata\Jellyfin? Or in C:\Users\yourUser\appdata\Jellyfin?

I'm actually having a weird moment here. I don't have a program data folder available.

    C:\Program Files\Jellyfin\Server
There are files in the server folder, but not a folder for "log." Jellyfin-web, Jellyfin-windows-tray, resources, and wwwroot are the folders. Searching Log doesn't bring up anything obviously log either.

ProgramData is a hidden folder. You will need to configure File Explorer to show hidden folders.

Disregard previous posts. Didn't know it was a hidden folder.

here is my current log. I believe the unable to play was due to the file type not working with the shield, but any ideas on the stuttering?

CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor. 32GB for ram. All jellyfin media has dedicated hard drives and they aren't anywhere near capacity.
