Migration Plex to Jellyfin

Hello,

I have Plex running on Peppermint Linux but wish to change to jellyfin.

Is there a migration tool to transfer all the data from Plex to Jellyfin?

I've seen a lot of posts on the subject but can't find a comprehensive guild, I would hate to have to start a fresh inputting all the data manually.

Might be able to spin up an old docker version, migrate, then upgrade?
