    Hi,

I'm having a issue where when I try to remote stream a movie to my nvidia shield, the audio and subtitles work fine, but there is no video. Although If I use the jellyfin app on my LG TV, the video works fine. I've seen this happen with two different movies already, here is the detail of the latest.

    Until Dawn (2025) Remux-2160p

    I'm using jellyfin Server version:
    10.10.7
    Web version
    10.10.7
    Build version
    10.10.7

I've tried some solution I found in the forum without success:
     - Tried to remove any custom CSS
     - Tried to delete  jellyfinmediaplayer.conf

I will attach the log files and FFmpegl log.

    Thank you!

Because the LG TV’s native player supports Dolby Vision Profile 7 directly from MKV, while the NVIDIA Shield’s Android player only supports Profiles 5 and 8.1. So Jellyfin has to remux or transcode Profile 7 for the Shield, but can direct play it to the LG. Try convert Profile 7.6 to 8.1 (dovi_tool)
