Hi,
Im having trouble watching anything at all on my mac without significant stutters and lag.
Meanwhile my iphone client is having no problems on the same wifi network with the same videos, also tested with chrome and the jellyfin app.

- No change between direct streaming, remuxing and transcoding
- Same issues when trying MKV, TS, WEBM containers
- Same issues on chrome and safari

client:
- macbook pro m4
- up to date safari and chrome browsers
server:
- Version 10.10.7
- docker container running on windows
- hardware acceleration, RTX 3060 (been working with no problems for 6 months)
