SOLVED: Playback error "This client isn't compatible..."

This is what I mean.  Go to the log directory and save/copy the latest log.

In the original post there were two separate logs where playback didn't work and I got the error message in the subject of this thread. Are you asking for a different log than those? I'm sorry if I'm not understanding correctly... I'm legitimately confused how and what to do if the logs I sent aren't what you want.
