The good news is that we pull that list dynamically from the server when a user signs in to SchedulesDirect. So there should be no change that Jellyfin needs to make, but affected users (who would be emailed) will need to set up their guide data again.
My understanding is that quite a few lineups are changing, but they only affect a segment of users getting US data.
