OS X Sonoma Security Issues

Every dll and executable file that jellyfin wants to load says it needs to be updated in OS X

I downloaded the combined archive. As I can tell there is no installer for it, I just tried to execute the jellyfin file and- every file is basically rejected by OS X.

I'm trying the installer version now, maybe it's all I need anyway. Thank you.
